Network issues with subcontractor

Two subcontractors for teleservices was having issues simultaneously, which implicated outbound and inbound calls in Adversus from 3:00 pm. CET to 3:30 pm. CET.

Our subcontractors are investigating how the issue happened in both ends.

This ticket will be updated when Adversus have received further information from subcontractors.
