We are slowly seeing recordings being uploaded to the datacenter again, and will be monitoring progress until everything has normalized.


We are terribly sorry to inform that a datacenter where we store some of our call recordings are experiencing electrical issues. This impacts the ability to listen to call recordings, but call recordings are being made and saved locally in our systems.

When the servers are up and running in the datacenter, recordings will start uploading to the datacenter automatically and the recordings will be available in Adversus shortly afterwards.
