The import system should be up and running again from now on. We're continuing to monitor for potential side-effects after the incident, but have confirmed that the import system is running stable for now.
We've confirmed there is a problem, and we're working hard to resolve it. It is still possible to add existing contacts to the campaigns as a temporary workaround — but new uploads are still affected by this issue, which is expected to be fixed within end of day.
We have detected issues with uploading leads to the platform, both through the UI and API. We are looking into the issue right now, and will update you here as soon as we know more. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
