Connectivity issues related to WebSockets for Agents


We have found the root cause of the issue and all servers are now live again.


We unfortunately have had several agent facing services going down, which meant agents were not able to connect to our services when dialing out. We have successfully removed the servers causing connection errors and are now investigating the root cause.

We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this has caused to all effected clients.
