We are seeing that everything should be stabilizing, meaning that system operations are getting back to normal. It looks to be an issue with one of our telephony providers, but we will investigate the matter further to ensure that we identify the cause, mitigating the risk moving forward.
We have received reports from clients that they are experiencing decreased service in the dialer, increasing wait time and sometimes making them unable to hang up calls. We are currently investigating, to find the cause of this and will update as soon as we know more.
