Unfortunately we cannot resend the failed SMS', so we urge customers to resend SMS' that have not been received.
We've received acknowledgement from the sending operator that issue is fixed. We are now monitoring the situation.
We are currently experiencing outage on outbound SMS services. We have identified the root cause to be the sending operator causing congestion.
