The issue persist no more, the problem was due to third interconnectivity outside the adversus platform, causing connectivity issues for some users depending on their connections.

Our hosting supplier has informed that there are general problems with the networks in DK.

Investigating

We are getting reports from customers being disconnected mid-call and some experiencing connectivity issues. We are currently investigating the issue and will update as soon as we know more.
