TDC has reported that they are experiencing sporadical challenges on their network, we are monitoring their updates, but this is an external issue and we have little to no means in regards to mitigate this. This issue is related to everyone on TDC network, both inbound and outbound. Clients will experience that some calls are going through, since the outtakes are sporadical. When we have any updates we will make sure to update this status.
Update: We have started to move clients onto another provider not using TDC network, to hopefully reduce the problems. But be aware, the problems will still persists, if the lead you are trying to dial, are using TDC network.
