The incident has been resolved, we'll continue to monitor the situation.
We've received reports that an elevated number of calls are failing (service error). All incidents are related to phone numbers at TDCs network (TDC, Nuuday, Telmore, and others) in Denmark, and they are currently working on fixing the issue. Their systems seems to be recovering, and we are currently experiencing this issue in about 1% of the calls.
